EUSUK Holding LLC (“EUSUK”, “we”, “us”) is a business registered in France, whose head office is at 40 Rue du Louvre, 75001 Paris, France. We act as the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. We respect your privacy and explain here how we handle personal data when you visit eusukholding.com, contact us, apply to our partner programme or do business with us.

Laws we follow

As a business established in France, we process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés of 6 January 1978, as amended). Where our offices outside the EU handle your data, we also respect local rules, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, the Sri Lanka Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022, the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and applicable United States privacy laws.

Personal data we collect

• Enquiry and transaction data: details of quotation requests, orders, contracts, invoices and correspondence.
• Partner application data: company details, sectors, markets and information you provide in the partner form.

• Marketing preferences: your newsletter subscription and communication choices.

We do not intentionally collect special-category data (such as health or biometric data) through our website. Our website is not directed at children under 15.

How and why we use your data

• To respond to enquiries and provide quotations — steps prior to a contract or legitimate interests.
• To deliver products and services and manage contracts — performance of a contract.
• To assess partner applications and carry out due diligence — legitimate interests and legal obligation.

• To protect our website and forms from spam and abuse, including through Cloudflare Turnstile — legitimate interests.

• our offices and our affiliated company EUSUK Solutions (Sri Lanka) where needed to handle your enquiry or project;
• service providers acting on our instructions, such as website hosting, email, security, IT support, payment and logistics providers;
• professional advisers such as accountants, lawyers and insurers;
• authorities, regulators or courts where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some recipients are located outside the European Economic Area. Where a country does not benefit from an EU adequacy decision, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep data

Enquiry and prospect data is kept for up to three years after our last contact. Contract, invoice and accounting records are kept for the periods required by French law (generally ten years for accounting documents). Technical logs are kept for a maximum of twelve months.

How we protect data

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, hosting in the European Union, confidentiality obligations and spam protection on our forms.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time and to give instructions on what happens to your data after your death.
